A Polish Cavalry officer's karabela sword with a large steel cross guard. The blade is curved with a pronounced yalman at the end. The handle features a wire-wrapped leather handle with an impressed mark. Late 19th century to early 20th century. Marked with a "3" mark, and "R" mark.
