At Antique Arena, we understand that the safe and efficient transport of your antiques and collectibles is paramount. To ensure a seamless post-auction experience, we have curated a network of trusted shipping professionals in our area.
The Shipping Process
1. Request an In-House Shipping Quote
To streamline your experience, you can request in-house shipping directly on your invoice to receive a quote from our official in-house partner, Global Transit Group LLC. Please note: You are under no obligation to use Global Transit Group LLC and are entirely free to arrange transport with any third-party shipper of your choice.
2. Notify Us of Your Shipper
If you choose to use an outside shipping company, you must notify us of your chosen carrier once you have submitted payment for your items and finalized your shipping arrangements. You can do this in one of two ways:
- Online: Sign in to your Antique Arena account and select your shipper directly through our portal.
- Email: Send an email to shipping@antiquearena.com. Please ensure you include your full name, invoice or lot number(s), and the date of sale.
3. Item Pickup
Authorized shippers may collect items during our standard operating hours:
- Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
