Oil on canvas painting by Wolf Kahn, 1927 to 2020, a German-born American painter, student of Hans Hofmann. In his work Kahn combined Realism and Color field painting, a fine example of which is this lot. The artwork depicts trees at sunset, in juxtaposition of purple, black, yellow, and white colors. Untitled. Ca. 1990s. Signed by the artist in the lower right. Meredith Long and Co. label is attached to the backside. Wooden frame. Collectible Contemporary Modernist Fine Art.
