Pastel on paper painting by Arthur Gail Typermass, 1937 to 2021, an American artist based in Garden City, NY. The artwork represents a view of the Hudson River piers as seen from the Jersey side. Based on the 1940s photograph by Andreas Feininger, 1906 to 1999, an American photographer, son of the painter Lionel Feininger. Dated 2011. Signed by the artist in the lower right. A letter about the painting and artists autograph are attached to the backside. White mat, black frame. Collectible Contemporary Figurative Graphic Art, Americana, City Landscape.
