Amos Amit, Israeli, born 1945, collage mixed media artwork on batik depicting an abstract cityscape, 1987. Signed and dated, lower left. Framed. Amos Amit was born in 1945 and raised on a farming community in the Galilee region of Israel. Spending his childhood and young adulthood in Israel profoundly influenced both the subject matter and approach to Amos' artwork.
