A group of six WWII Nazi German zinc struck medals issued in 1939. The recto side is dated and depicts a German soldier with the inscription Grossdeutschland kampft fur den Frieden Gegen den Schandvertrag von Versailles, translated as: Great Germany fights for freedom from the shameful Treaty of Versailles. The verso side represents a Jew with bombs and a money bag, the inscription Wofur kampfen unsere Feinde, translated as What are our enemies fighting for.
