An antique 1921 1 dollar Morgan silver coin. The Morgan Dollar is a US 1 dollar silver coin issued from 1878 to 1904 and again in 1921. The coin was named in honor of medalist George T. Morgan, who designed its appearance and whose monogram is placed on the obverse of the coin at the bottom of the image of Liberty's head. The coin was produced from 900 fine metal and contains 24.057 grams of pure silver.
