An antique Chinese, late Qing Dynasty, patinated bronze sculpture. The artwork represents Guanyin, a Chinese Bodhisattva associated with compassion. The goddess is dressed in flowing robes and holding a vase in her hand, seated on a double lotus flower base. The sculpture and the base are engraved with traditional detailed patterns, and adorned with gold patina. Circa: late 19th century to early 20th century. Unmarked.
