A mid-20th century French faience Berger lamp transfromed into a perfume bottle. Ca. 1950s. Footed round piece with cork lid. White body with hand-painted depictions of love couples in the city gardens by Raymond Peynet. Marked Berger Paris, R. Peynet on the bottom. Raymond Peynet, 1908 to 1999, was a French cartoonist whose designs were features on stamps, Rosenthal and Couleuvre tableware, wristwatches and accessories.
