An antique 18th-century Russian Orthodox icon of St. George slaying a dragon. Mixed media painting: egg tempera, gesso, and levkas on a wood board. Titled in Church Slavonic in the upper part. The icon comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by Helmut Brenske, a German collector and author of several books on icon painting.
