Charles Georges Ferville Suan, French, 1847 to 1925, bronze sculpture depicting a couple holding their hands. Mounted on a round shaped base, adorned with a relief and engraved ornament. Signed, Ferville Suan, on the base. Circa: early 20th century. The French sculptor Charles Ferville Suan studied at the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris under Francois Jouffroy. His works were exhibited at the Salon and he was later named member of the Societe des Artistes Francais.
