A Russian Imperial 88 gilt Silver and enamel cigar case. The body of the case is covered with a cobalt blue Guilloche enamel. The hinged lid features a relief silver overlay depicting a monogram of Nicholas II, 1868 to 1918, emperor of Russia. An engraved foliage pattern encrusted with a Ruby stone is on the top of the lid.
