A German Bavarian Rosenthal glazed porcelain figurine. The figurine depicts an English Springer Spaniel dog. Designed by Ottmar Obermaier, German, 1883 to 1965. Marked with a green ink factory mark, an impressed stamp, numbered with an impressed stamp, 253, on the bottom. Circa: the first half of 20th century. Rosenthal is a German manufacturer of porcelain products and other household goods. The original firm was founded in 1879 in Selb, Bavaria.
