Ancient late Byzantine Era style earthenware pottery bowl with underglaze design. Circa XVII century Near Eastern ceramics, most probably manufactured in north Syria and traded through Nishapur Khorasan Persia markets. The dish is white and has a handpainted design on the inner side, two green mythical Paradise birds surrounded by blue and beige geometrical ornaments. The glaze is crackled.
