A Russian 84 gilt silver salt cellar on four legs in the shape of a throne chair with a gilded silver interior. The exterior is enameled with geometrical and floral patterns in blue, green, cobalt blue, white, and yellow shades made in the Cloisonne technique and adorned with braided silver accents. The back of the throne is decorated with a hand painted enameled portrait of a Russian young woman in traditional costume after Konstantin Makovskys original painting, A Cup of Honey, 1890.
