Yakov Yakovlevich Yakovlev graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Novosibirsk Civil Engineering Institute. In 1975, he was accepted into the Union of Artists of the USSR, after that he began to engage professionally in fine arts, participating in all Union, national and international exhibitions.
