A Russian Imperial silver and enamel salt cellar modeled as a throne with a gilt silver interior. The exterior is adorned with a relief Imperial double headed eagle on the top of the lid, and an Imperial Monogram composed of two Cyrillic letters NM for Nikolai Mihailovich, 1859 to 1919, that is enameled with blue, cobalt blue, green, white, and red shades made in the Cloisonne technique on the back of the chair.
