Attributed to Ron Terner photo lithograph on paper, Momento Mori, depicting a still life with mens items, a shoe, a lion figurine, a scull. It was created in the manner of the Vanitas genre. It is a genre of painting of the Baroque era, an allegorical still life, the compositional center of which is traditionally a human skull. Such paintings, an early stage in the development of still life, were meant to remind us of the transience of life. Unsigned. Ron Terner works as both a commercial and fine art photographer and has been doing so for over 45 years. He has had many exhibitions in the United States as well as in Latvia, France, Mexico, Norway and Russia.
