Lot 213 - VINTAGE RUSSIAN FAIRY TALES PALEKH PORCELAIN PLATES

A set of 5 vintage Russian Palekh porcelain wall plates from the Russian Fairy Tales series. The late 20th century, 1989 to 1990. All items are dated and inscribed on the back side. The lot includes an image of the fairy tale Sadko by Evgeny Populov, The Tale of the Priest and His Workman Balda by Oleg An, and The Tale of the Golden Cockerel by Vladimir Vlezko. And also two plates based on the fairy tale Firebird by Alexander Khlipov and Alexander Doshlygin. All plates are framed and have a holder for attaching to the wall.
