A Russian Imperial badge of the 185th Bashkadyklar Infantry Regiment. The badge is a gilt Maltese cross covered in red enamel. The cross is laid on a half wreath of laurel and oak branches bound in a ribbon tied in a bow. On the upperray of the cross is overlaid a double headed eagle beneath the Imperial crown and on the lower are the cyphers of the Emperors Alexander I and Nicholas II beneath the Imperial crown.
