An antique Italian patinated cast bronze sculpture by Giovanni de Martino. The fine sculpture is modeled in the form of a boys head in a cap. Marked De Martino on the back side. Mounted on a cube stone base. Giovanni de Martino, 1870 to 1935, Naples was an Italian sculptor. His works were officially presented at the Venice Biennale in 1907, 1922, 1924, and 1928. Giovanni De Martino was born in Naples and is considered one of the leading Italian neoclassical sculptors. He specialized in small bronze sculptures, creating mainly small sculptures and busts.
