Born in the Argentine province of Córdoba, Antonio Segui studied painting in both Argentina and Europe. He had his first one man show in 1957. Seguís abstract style became more figurative as his work matured during the early 1960s. The evolution of his work reveals an increasing number of protagonists that show greater movement and anxiety.
