Lot 453 - RUSSIAN IMPERIAL SILVER REGIMENTAL BADGE OF THE URAL

A Russian Imperial silver regimental badge of the Ural 112th Infantry. It was formed in 1863 from the reserve and permanently discharged ranks of the Galician Infantry Regiment. The badge is in the form of a white enameled cross with pointed arms. At the center of the cross is a black double headed eagle with a light blue shield on its breast. Below the eagle is a banner containing the text. The years 1797 and 1897 are inscribed on the upper arms of the cross. Hallmarked with an 84 Russian silver standard on the reverse.
