The baluster body is finely worked in silver wire and adorned in full with polychrome flowers and foliage motifs made in the cloisonne technique on a midnight blue ground. The tapering neck and the base are decorated with polychrome foliage and floral patterns made in the same technique. Signed on the bottom, Ota.
