A highly collectible antique Russian Orthodox enamel silver mounted triptych travel folding icon, skladen. Circa the late 19th century. Finely hand painted with the image of The Mother of God, Hodegetria type in the center, and the Archangels Michael and Gabriel on the left and right sides. The silver case is finely enameled with floral motifs, hallmarked with an 84 Russian silver standard hallmark, and the makers marks.
