An unsigned oil on canvas painting, after the original artwork by V.N. Basov, Lenin and Peasants of Shushenskoje Village, 1953. Vasily Nikolaevich Basov, 1918 to 1962, Moscow, was a Soviet artist and laureate of the Stalin Prize (1951). His works are kept in the State Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow. Basovs painting "V. I. Lenin And the Peasants of the Village of Shushenskoye" is depicted on a Soviet stamp from 1953. One of a kind artwork.
