The exterior of the egg is covered with a blue Guilloche enamel, adorned with overlay ribbons with bows, floral, foliage and swans decor, and encrusted with gemstones. Bears a figural cone below. Mounted on the footed stand with scrollwork legs. The egg opens to reveal a cut glass perfume bottle with a stopper encrusted with a jade stone on the top. Presented with a footed gilt silver and hand carved nephrite jade stand. Marked with the 84 Russian silver standard silver hallmark and other Cyrillic and Assay marks on the stand and egg.
