An early 19th century Imperial Russian silver tea glass holder with unusual engravings depicting a lady in traditional Russian attire and a bird holding a letter among scrolled foliage motifs with a monogram WH to the center. Hallmarked on the bottom with the makers mark TH for Timothy Heskethm an 84 silver standard and other Russian hallmarks. St. Petersburg, before 1833.
