An antique Portuguese sterling silver box with a stand. Exact silver guarantee mark used in the Lisbon Assay Office from 1887 to 1932 on the bottom. The box is modeled in the form of a chest with a lid with two side handles. The entire surface is decorated with engraved scroll and floral patterns. It is mounted on a four legged figural stand in the form of animal paws, decorated with relief plant motifs. Antique Portuguese Silverware Collectibles. Total weight 432.6 g.
