An antique Korean Joseon dynasty, 18th century bronze sculpture depicting an old sage or scholar seated on a donkey, detailed work, made by the Simsa Jung artist. The sage is shown wearing traditional Korean clothing and a wide brimmed hat. He holds a scroll in his hands. The figure is hollow and can be removed from a horse.
