A collection of five American printed porcelain plates from the limited edition series by Norman Rockwell. the collection includes Making Believe at the Mirror fourth issue in the Rockwells Rediscovered Women collection; Evenings Ease Fourth in the Rockwells Light Campaign Series; Grandpas Gift; The Pantry Raid; and Giving thanks from Norman Rockwells American Family Series II. Each plate is inscribed, numbered, marked, Edwin M. Knowles, Official Rockwell Society of America, Authentificated by the family of Norman Rockwell, on the backside. Several are dated 1986, 1987, on the backside. One is stamped and signed on the backside. Norman Percevel Rockwell, 1894 to 1978, was an American painter and illustrator. His works have a broad popular appeal in the United States for their reflection of the countrys culture.
