A mens wristwatch by Ancora. Rectangular 18K yellow gold case with single crown. White dial with sub-dial and Arabic numerals, marked Ancora, 15 Rubis. Black leather bracelet. Hallmark K18 and engraving George S. Patton, US Army, 1938 on the backside. Total Weight: 21.7 grams.
