A group of two ancient items, a terracotta oil lamp and a figural granite vessel. Circa 300 to 500 AD.The granite vessel is made in the form of a fantastic animal lying on its back with a bowl in place of the belly and a through hole in the head area. The eyes are inlaid with white and red stones. The oil lamp has a traditional shape with a rounded decorated body and an elongated spout.
