A West African, Mali, Dogon peoples hand carved wooden jewelry box. The box is modeled in the form of a human figure standing on three legs. It has two drawers with doors. The door of the upper drawer is decorated with a stylized image of a turtle, and the door of the lower drawer is decorated with an image of a pair of people.
