After Kathe Kollwitz, German, 1867 to 1945, a bronze sculpture depicting an embracing couple titled Der Abschied, or The Farewell, circa 1941. Signed with the initials to the base. Kathe Kollwitz was an artist who worked with painting, printmaking and sculpture.
