Two sets of American 9 11 memorabilia, with each set comprising three embroidered patches, one for the City of New York Police Department, one for the City of New York Fire Department, and one featuring the American flag. Each set also includes a commemorative postcard depicting the Tribute in Lights at the World Trade Center site, along with a first day cover bearing the Heroes of 2001 stamp.
