A Russian Soviet order For Service to the Motherland in the USSR Armed Forces, 3 class. The order was a Soviet military order awarded in three classes for excellence to military personnel. Was created on October 28, 1974, by decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR. In the middle of the order there is a five pointed star, behind which there is an anchor, wings and crossed military projectiles on a blue enamel background.
