It features a cross with rounded ends adorned in white enamel, between the ends there are pointed protrusions bearing the dates 1806 and 1906. At the top of the cross is the Imperial crown of Alexander I, while the lower end features the initials of Nicholas II. At the center of the badge, a crowned double-headed eagle is prominently displayed on an enameled circular core with the number 100 below.
