Sandra Finkenberg, a resident of Bovina Center, received her training at the Carnegie Mellon School of Art in Pittsburgh and the Art Students League in New York. She has received a number of awards including second place at the Catherine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club 2007, Best of Show Cooperstown Regional 1997, and Best of Show and 2nd Place, UCCA 1993, 1992 respectively.
