Guy Carleton Wiggins was an American impressionist painter. His father was the painter Carleton Wiggins, who served as his sons teacher early on. He went on to study under both William Merritt Chase and Robert Henri at the National Academy of Design. He was the president of the Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts, and a member of the Old Lyme Art Colony. He did many paintings of New York Citys snowy streets, landmarks and towering skyscrapers during winter. One of a kind artwork.
