A Russian 84 gilt Silver and enamel Easter egg casket. The ware is separated into two halves and opens to reveal a gold washed interior. The exterior of the egg is enameled with polychrome foliage, swirl, foliate scroll, and floral motifs made in the Cloisonne technique. Completed with a footed stand made in a scrollwork design, decorated with garlands and pierced through accents. Marked with a Russian Silver standard hallmark, a makers mark, and other marks.
