A mid-20th century Italian gilt silver flatware set. Candlelight Silver series, Around-the-World Shoppers Club, ca. 1960s. A total of 6 items, including a butter spreader, a caviar spoon, a three-pronged oyster fork, a seashell salt spoon, a dessert spoon, and a butter pick. Figurative handles with finials representing iconic Italian symbols, including the Venetian leo, Apollo Belvedere, the Capitoline Wolf. Each piece is marked Italy on the backside.
