Published by Boyevoy Karandash, RSFSR Artist publishing house, Design by Vladimir Mikhailovich Menshikov, verse by Volt Suslov. Circulation 2036 copies. Boyevoy Karandash, Combat Pencil, was a creative association of Leningrad artists who produced propaganda posters and collections of satirical drawings starting from 1939.
