A Russian gilt silver compact case with hinged lid. Rectangular shape. The obverse is garnished with engraved floral ornaments and Cancer Zodiac overlay which is set with diamonds and rubies. The reverse has a relief enameled crowned monogram of the Emperor Nicholas II. Blue cabochons on the sides. The interior has two lidded compartments. Chain handle. Hallmark of 84 silver standard and makers mark are on the inside. Total Weight: 137.8 grams. The item comes in original box. Collectible Russian Silverware, Jewelry, Vanity Accessories.
