An American error 1955 copper one cent coin, known as the Lincoln cent. The coin was incorrectly manufactured by the mint. The Lincoln cent designed by Victor David Brenner has been struck by the United States Mint since 1909. The obverse represents the profile of Abraham Lincoln, the reverse depicts two stalks of wheat.
