David Davidovich Burliuk, Ukrainian American, 1882 to 1967, an oil pinning on canvas depicting a still life titled Flower Vase, circa the 1930s. Signed lower center. Framed. David Burliuk was a poet, artist and publicist associated with the Futurist and Neo-Primitivist movements. Burliuk has been described as the father of Russian Futurism.
