A Japanese enamel on porcelain teapot. The teapot features a curved handle and a spout. The teapot is enameled with polychrome medallions representing blossoming flowers, trees, and butterflies made in the Cloisonne technique. The teapot is adorned with gilded floral and foliage ornaments on the sides, on the handle, on the spout, and and on the top of the lid. The lid is adorned with a figural handle made in the shape of a pair of mushrooms. Marked with blue ink Calligraphy, under the lid.
