A lot of two antique Persian Iranian Safavid dynasty hand woven embroidered textile fragments. The first textile is adorned with a traditional ornament. The second ware is made of ten pieces. Each piece is adorned with hand embroidered foliage and foliate scroll motifs. Circa: 18th century. Safavid Iran or Safavid Persia, also referred to as the Safavid Empire, was one of the greatest Iranian empires after the 7th century Muslim conquest of Persia, which was ruled from 1501 to 1736 by the Safavid dynasty.
