George Conrad was an American artist, known for Allegory. A Professor of art education at Illinois State University from 1949 to 1958 and from 1958, professor of art history at Glassboro State College, George Conrad lived in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. He studied at the Newark School of Fine and Industrial Arts and at New York University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He earned his Masters Degree at Columbia University.
