A large Russian Neoclassical paper knife or letter opener in the style of a Roman gladius sword. Polished nephrite jade blade. Cobalt blue guilloche enamel handle with Imperial Eagle overlay garnished with a ruby cabochon and diamonds. Imperial eagle finial. Hallmark of 88 silver standard and makers mark are on the handle rim. Total Weight: 157.9 grams. The item comes in original box.
